The Draw

Garcia isn’t what you would call a megastar, but the Philadelphia native is a name that all hardcore fight fans know, and he’s also one of the most respected competitors in the welterweight division.

Garcia is hunting a major fight with the likes of Manny Pacquiao, Errol Spence, or even Terence Crawford. The 31-year-old looked sharp in a lopsided beatdown of Adrian Granados in April 2019, and would love to build on his success.

Another impressive victory would elevate Garcia and it could help to drive a potential fight with Pacquiao or Spence, once the latter is ready to return to the ring after suffering injuries in a car accident.

Garcia would love for his next fight to be on PPV, but he has to win–and look good in the process–if he wants to improve his chances of drawing the major opponent.

Redkach was once one of the more hyped young prospects.

At 33, Redkach is no longer a prospect. He’s now a veteran who hasn’t quite reached the heights many expected. Against Garcia, Redkach will need to produce the best performance of his career if he is to detour his opponent’s course toward a bigger fight.

The Undercard

Hurd will be trying to rebound from losing his WBA and IBF super welterweight titles in his last fight against Julien Williams. He’ll take on Francisco Santana in an important fight that could lead to an opportunity for Hurd to regain a portion of the 154-pound title.

Also, undefeated Stephen Fulton and Arnold Khegai clash in an eliminator bout that should position the winner for a title shot in the super bantamweight division.
